Westpac Group (Sydney)
Our work with Westpac Group (Sydney) involved a six-month, 2,500 hour engagement to assist in the initial establishment of the Digital Workforce Centre of Excellence. In addition, we provided direction related to the required infrastructure, delivered the first two processes into production, and managed their off-shore Run team.
A further engagement is now underway to provide remote design authority services and allow the Westpac team to rapidly scale.
